Our first step is to meet virtually for a thorough consultation, this will be your Onboarding. During this phase, our team will aim to understand your vision, preferences, and overall expectations for your wedding day. Discussing themes, color schemes, preferred styles, and any specific cultural or personal elements is crucial. This is also the time that we’ll establish a budget and timeline for your planning process.

Once the vision is clear, the planning and coordination phase kicks in. This involves researching and recommending suitable venues, negotiating with vendors and developing a comprehensive timeline. Creating mood boards, attending tastings, and organizing mock setups may also be part of this phase. Regular check-ins with the clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and make adjustments are essential to ensure the planning aligns with their expectations.

As the big day approaches, the focus shifts to execution and day-of coordination. This involves finalizing all details, confirming vendor contracts, and overseeing the setup on the wedding day. As your wedding planner, our team will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly, troubleshoot any unforeseen issues, and, most importantly, allow you, your partner and families to enjoy the celebration stress-free. Post-wedding tasks may also include coordinating vendor payments, managing any leftover logistics, and ensuring a smooth transition out of the event.
